@xXIcyBloodXx yehh i agree here to aswell i have a 6 pack that you can feel but due to stomache fat and not alot of it its not 100 percent visible =/ got any tips

I do all that shit with P90x ab ripper x. It’s really great and really workouts. I have an 8 pack now. My abs have been sore for 3 days straight from the gym tho.

Anyone know how I can burn my stomach fat really fast like really really fast lol cause I have a six pack and I can feel them and If I tighten my stomach they come out but my stomach fat wont let then show regularly…and no I don’t have alot of stomach fat lol so if can someone please help, thanx in advance

if you want to get six pack then you need
to run and burn all the fat or else even if you do manage to get six packk you wont be able to see them.
