@SuperGonzalez909 how long have you done it for? you should see results after a few weeks. i think if you do this and feel the burn afterwards you are doing it right. however, you need to eat HEATHILY and add CARDIO to make this work

@wantonrolando32 How long did it take you? Its been a week for me now but I’ve seen a little difference (stomach seems a little flat)
