I am 15 years old. I’m Hispanic is that make a difference. Weight about 220 pounds. Whats the best way to get noticeable abs without going to the gym. here at home? what to eat what to do? should i get an instructor? and if so how much will he charge me? I’m not fat nor super skinny i am about average size about 30 in waist! Please help me. and how long will it take?
