Losing weight and abs are flabby. Can you tell me a good beginning ab workout and how many reps to start with?

I would highly suggest the Fat X workout and diet program. I’ve used it with my clients and it’s worked great to lose/burn fat and get toned. The workout videos and diet are free on the Fat X 101 blog.
