what is the best workout for getting flat abs?

i recently lost 10 pounds, im currently 125 and im really happy , eventhou i did loose some of my tummy and other areas, my stomach is still flabby….im content with the way i look .. i just want to tone my stomach..and make it flat without loosing more weight (pounds) i still like to have some curves … so anyone have good exercises to tone my stomach and get my tummy flat ?

Listen, I’m by no means a fitness fanatic or even very knowledable in that area. What I do know, is that pain=gain. I tried P90X from beachbody. I went from 255lbs to 200 even. I mean, I use to be in a military college and that was hard. This program is only a little bit easier. but trust me. In 3 months, your body will be KICKIN. Its not just the looks either. i sweat less (in Miami, thats a very good thing), I have more energy, I don’t even need to sleep as much as I use to (I use to sleep for 10 hours to actually feel rested, where as now I can only sleep for 8 TOPS and I wake up without an alarm. Even better, I wake up RESTED and ENERGIZED)

Anyways, I said palates are the best for ab work outs.

RUN YOUR BUTT OFF! Doing an ab work out will only increase your abdominal strength equaling a more pronounced stomach. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. Cardio looses weight not lifting or crunching.
