you dont have to do interval, you can do anything.. as long as it elevates your heart beat in your “target zone” for 20 mins or more min. Jump rope, jumping jacks, anything that elevates your heart rate.

1st is a 5 minute warm-up. Only doing this once.
Then sprint for 1 minute then walk for 1 minute. Repeating 10 times.

It is true. If your skinny and you wanna gain muscle lift weights regularly and do ZERO cardio. Bodybuilders who do cardio are fatasses
