I have one problem i do all these workouts and then my mom walks in the door with ice cream and im like ohhh give me and then i end up gaining what i just worked off can you tell me how to stop doin this?

The cross over tricep exercise seems odd? Anyway, I just do the dumbell kickback instead. Also, would love to see some shoulder, & leg exercises that don’t use weight on the shoulders. Because I have two neck fusions (surgeries) & was told by the doctor to not do anything on the shoulders or neck! I already do lunges,plie squats & leg presses & some minor shoulder exercises. What do you suggest?

you can basically include icecream in your diet (its not a very bad product actually). Ofcorse not on a daily basis, but eating it once or twice a week wouldnt hurt if you participate in active fitness

can you do more then 5 lbs or no? cuz i always feel like it’s not working if i do 2 or 5 lbs?? can i do like 10 or 15? nice vid.

This one frustrates me so much cause it keeps deflating even if i just replaced mine, it cant find the hole neither can i figure our why it wont hold its air inside but its frustrating to keep pumping it during workouts.
