Wow! Excellent video: short, focused, and multi-level friendly! I’ve decided to supplement this ab workout with the P90X routine that I’ve been doing. Joel’s workout stresses technique to a point where my abs work harder to “press that quarter.”

I am working with this and ‘you on a diet advanced workout’ videos for 5 months and i have a great abs now and a perfect body. I like to start to a new day with hearing Doctor Oz and Joel Harper voice in those workout videos.
