Ur such a noob. He is fatigued. Latteral raises are one of the hardest exercises to do. You cannot have proper form when using alot of weight. THey are simply hard. In fact back in the old days they used to torture pow’s by making people hold there arms out like that for days WITHOUT weigths! Pwned!

ill rephrase my question: do chin ups/pull ups work any muscles in the shoulders? i want to know if i can do chinups/pull ups one day and shoulders the next

Identifying it is the hardest part, but I agree with your conclusion. I am going to do some research and post it here for clarity. Stay tuned and I’ll be back with the info.
