cas some people try to get washboard abs and how is that different than just getting regular abs by doing crunches or something like that?

I want some sexy washboard abs. What kind of work outs should I do in order to get them, how long should I exercise for each work-out, and also what type of food should I eat?

It’s amazing to me how few calories this burns considering the step aerobics make me sweat like you would NOT believe.  The washboard abs dvd is strictly abs, so no sweating, and no elevated heartrate.  But my curves are starting to curve again.  Sooo glad that your muscles remember their definition when you haven’t been at them for a while.  It’s reassuring to know that when you fall off the excercise wagon, it takes half as long to get back on as it did to start the first time.

I actually got up early to do this workout this morning.  Yay me!
